The place is great, clean building and nice manager, but the apartments are small , and very costly for a 1 bedroom. Folks on fixed incomes, can't afford $1200 for rent. I can't spend that much money. Why isn't there reasonable cost for seniors ? Not everyone has a lots of greenbacks. - 8/22/2015
